Ubud is very well known as a tourist destination area which provided a lot of Balinese culture attraction as well as Balinese traditional architecture. The villa located at Desa Pejeng Kangin about 5 km from Ubud center. Surrounded by 2 (two) rivers and rice paddy field which make the area is the best place for home.
The villa raised on 8,000 sqm land and designed based on Balinese traditional architecture concept especially on the Balinese Royal Puri and Bale Daja. The Master Plan consist of 3 (three) mass; First is the Main Building consist of 3 (three) Main Bedrooms complete with Bathroom, Family Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, and Lounge, Second building is the SPA allocated close to the river, and Third is Service Building. Façade building mostly adopt Balinese traditional architecture by using local material such as Batu Paras, Kayu Jati, and Kayu Ulin for roof covering. Entering the Main Building by passing the wooden bridge over the ponds and receiving by a Kayon carving as a welcoming. Bedrooms allocated on the right and left hand side of the building which facing directly toward huge pool and garden. There are also Working Area placed at the Mezzanine decorated with carved Teak wood and also direct light provided through the glass roof above. The owner of the villa is Lebanese and hence the property provide a lounge in the middle of the Bedroom which has a similar concept with Liwan – known as a family place in the Middle East Architecture.
By adopting the Balinese traditional architecture combining with tropical landscape and respecting on the environment surround, make this building become a cozy and perfect place to stay as well as very nature.
